A typical day at the Hotel Ambet in Meransen begins with a hearty breakfast looking out on the Dolomites. The breakfast buffet consists of organically grown produce including regional dairy products, fresh fruit and a la carte platters, cold cuts, local cheeses and much more besides.
At dinner, you’ll be tempted by our chef’s refined creations, which are enjoyed together with the kind of spectacular panoramic view that can only be found in the Dolomites. The combination of northern and southern influences is expressed both in the architectural style of the hotel as well as at the table. Our local and regional dishes are the fusion of two cultures: the Alpine and Mediterranean, and all dishes are exclusively prepared with fresh, seasonal products from our region. Our menus include vegetarian options, as well as for vegans and guests suffering from food allergies.
Local wines and special beers accompany the evening meal and the beverage menu is designed to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
